Previous Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Director General Ronald ‘Bato’ Dela Rosa has a brilliant reaction on the topic of his individual senatorial competitor Human Rights Activist Atty. Chel Diokno.
Amid the senatorial discussion facilitated by GMA-7, Bato has been gotten some information about the Oplan Tokhang and how might he answer his pundits who guaranteed that few individuals from PNP abvsed the said task amid his time.
The panelist mentioned the case of Kian Delos Santos and the Korean national Jee Ick Joo as an example on the alleged illegal acts made by a few cops amidst Oplan Tokhang.
When he asked if he has a liability on the evil acts submitted by a few cops amid the Oplan Tokhang, General Bato said that he trusts that his only accountability in what happened is conscience.
“Ang aking pananagutan diyan ay konsensya lamang, ako’y nakokonsensya dahil nangyayari yan during my time.” Bato said.
“But when you say legal…
After Bato answered the question, Atty. Diokno tried to dig deeper and asked Bato about his order to ‘neutralize’ the alleged shabv user and pushers.
Bato quickly answered the question of Diokno, saying that the opposition where the latter belong are the problem, saying that they’re the one giving a bad impression on the word ‘neutralize’ in the circular.
He also explained the meaning of ‘neutralize’ in PNP.
“Kayo lang ang nagbigay ng word na p*tay,” Diokno only smiled while Bato was delivering his explanation. The response of Bato received praise from the netizens and also from his fans who personally watched the debate.
